Mia Colacion, CTA Staff

Mia Colacion is the California Teachers Association (CTA) advocate/organizer assigned to support AEEA members and leaders. Mia first began her career working in public advocacy and found her passion for labor early on. Prior to working for CTA, Mia worked for the California School Employees Association (CSEA) where she represented classified staff in public schools across several different districts. Mia has her Master of Legal Studies from UCLA School of Law, with a focus in Public Interest. As a product of the CA K-12 public school and CSU/UC systems, Mia is passionate about fighting for public education. Mia is a resident of Anaheim and is proud to call the city her home.
